We are comprised of multiple teams depending on location.  Each team has a team leader who is your first contact and will be at the site.  They are a trained mental health provider (i.e.  Clinical Psychologist) and directly responsible for the entire project, from beginning to end.  They are your ongoing point of direct contact.  To assist the team leader, there is an assistant who coordinates the inventory listings and sales of items, and moving/storage staff.  Each staff member has specialized training in dealing with people facing loss, and handles personalized items delicately.  We also have worked together and can quickly take care of the job, regardless of size.  The team is committed to your satisfaction with the end result!

Our Gold team is comprised of staff who have completed more closeouts and who are assigned to travel out of our local area if the customer has requested this service.
