Our office address is 205 S. Whiting Street, Suite 603, in Alexandria, Virginia.  We operate on an appointment schedule so please call us if you are interested in setting up an in-person meeting.  As our business is unique, you can either set up an appointment in our office but more likely, we can discuss your individual needs over the phone and if we answer all of your questions, proceed forward with a contract, payment, and then set up a meeting at the site where the work needs to be done. Our website is set up to ease this process and can be fully accessed to sign the contract and accept payment.  Because of the personalized nature of this business, we recommend calling our team leader to ask any questions you may have and finalize the agreement.  At this time, if any additional documents are needed, we could provide further information on ways to furnish these documents.  After all the logistics are taken care of, we could schedule a time for the job and depending on your desires, meet you at the site.  Otherwise if things are in order, we can proceed with the job without your needing to be at the location.

We have created relationships with other businesses who are, in some way or another, can assist you in dealing with your current loss.  This includes realtors, funeral homes, burial center, and caterers.  We sometimes receive referrals from these sources and appreciate the referrals.   We also have internet advertising and can be contacted via our email or telephone.  These are the predominant ways to find us outside of word of mouth and direct referrals from other satisfied customers.
