We currently offer a full in-home service to assist our clients who are mourning deal with the necessary and difficult task of cleaning up the home or estate of a loved one.  We also have relationships with various companies to assist in all aspects of the difficulty of burying the one's we love.  Please ask us for additional referrals, as our job is to make this difficult time easier for you.

PREPAID offer

Interested in using our service in the future?  Book now and receive 10% off for prebooked service contracts for a future date.  The additional incentive is that you will receive priority scheduling for booking needed date(s) as a prepaid customer and you can lock in the current 2008 rate for a future use.  Priority scheduling means we will do our best to accommodate your schedule when you need us, even to the point of potentially calling in an extra team or shifting our schedule. 

Refund and Cancelation policy:

Full refunds are given for cancellations more than 7 days prior to booked date.  You can receive a full refund or you can apply payment to a rescheduled date where you receive priority just like any other prepaid customer (see prepaid customer description).  Between 5-7 days prior to booked date, 10% cancellation fee charge is applied.  Between 3-5 days prior to booked date, 25% cancellation fee charged.  Any booking canceled 3 days or less before the booked date will forgo a 50% cancellation charge.  All cancellation refunds will be furnished within 30 days.  You may also choose to apply the refund toward a future purchase or booking and by doing so, you receive priority booking for the dates needed.  

Since our business is a full in-home service business that requires setting aside large blocks of time for a home cleanup or liquidation, our cancellation policy and charges are a necessary part of business as we need to arrange our entire team, equipment, trucks, and other materials for each "job."  As such, cancellations are very costly to our business but we do give you the option of applying your previous payment to a future job less costs incurred.
